There are three types of membership in the LWCA:
Voting Membership is limited to owners of real estate within the Lake Winona Reservation who have paid all required fees.
Associate Membership is a non-voting membership available to tenants of real estate located within the Lake Winona Reservation.
Non-Resident Membership is a non-voting membership approved by an annual vote of the Officers and Board of Trustees.
The membership year begins April 1 and expires March 31 the following year. All required dues must be paid in full before membership privileges and rights can be granted.
For our continued survival we depend upon these dues and neighborhood participation. Membership in the LWCA is a privilege and a wonderful avenue for enhancing civic awareness in your community. LWCA Members have the exclusive use of the facilities for picnicking, swimming, fishing, basketball and for enjoying the beach and playground. Membership also entitles you to discounts on Civic Center rentals. Your membership in the LWCA enables us to continue our efforts in preserving Lake Winona and in beautifying the playground, beach and Civic Center. The Lake Winona Civic Association is important for the vitality and uniqueness of this neighborhood. Because we are a small community we need everyone to pitch in and help.
